Once an order is placed the customer will be provided with a proof to verify the accuracy of the artwork. Once approval is given standard production time for silicone wristbands is anywhere from 10-12 business days however quantity and printing type can often add to production time. We offer a variation of 5 different printing methods for silicone ensuring we can capture and share your message exactly the way you need it to. We start off with 3 main options for printing; embossed, debossed and printed wristbands.
Printed silicone wristbands have the shortest amount of production time when it comes to customizable silicone bands. They are the go to printing type when customers need serialized numbered wristbands, intricate artwork or even multi-colored wristbands. They have the fastest turnaround time and we are able to work with smaller order sizes with this style wristbands. This method of print is perfect for creating memorabilia for smaller functions such as weddings, birthdays, marathons etc.
Embossed silicone wristbands are a printed wristband style where the artwork on the wristband is raised up from the band. You can notice the print and feel the elevated texture. With embossed silicone wristbands you can have the option of maintaining the print just embossed or have a color printed over the embossed artwork. Adding a color over the embossed art will help enhance the imprint on your wristband. Customization on these wristbands vary, the time frame for production depends on quantity of wristbands as well as if the wristbands will be embossed or embossed with print.
Debossed silicone is a style of customized wristbands that has become our top seller. Debossed customization means that the imprint on the wristbands are engraved into the band. Having the imprint inward on the wristband keeps the imprint intact and helps make the print last longer. Another great option for debossed silicone wristbands is to have the actual print include an ink inlay. These are called debossed silicone wristbands with color fill. This method of adding a color into the engraved art not only helps make the imprint pop but also adds to the longevity of the wristband imprint itself.
